      Mandriva Conectiva S/A (January, 2001 - May, 2008)
      Research and Development (+Consulting) Team

      - Extensive contributions to the Conectiva and Mandriva Linux
        Distributions, working on integration and packaging of
        several open-source projects. In particular, the X.org
        project [2001-2004, 2007-2008];

      - Responsible for a linux consulting project for the Angolan
        government, including trainings and customization of Mandriva
        Linux in Luanda - Angola [Jun-Dec 2007];

      - Software Engineer on a Siemens IPTV set-top-box project using
        C++ and embedded linux [Sep-Dec 2006];

      - Software Architect and Technical Leader on the Benq-Siemens
        'Mobile Phone Manager for Linux' (XMPM). The Mandriva team (10-20
        developers) was responsible for the design and implementation of
        all low-level components and integration with the Linux
        environment. The team was managed using Agile Development Methods
        and Practices (SCRUM and XP) [2004-2006];

      - Security Analyst and Consultant, being part of the team responsible
        for the security of Conectiva Linux and other Conectiva products
        [2002-2004];

    From 1998 to 2001, worked on free-lance jobs as linux/network
    administrator and instructor.
